Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a booking, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, email, phone, aircraft make and model, aircraft registration (optional), base aerodrome, and preferred date/time. We also collect the content of any notes you write in the form and any messages you send us by email.

When you pay a deposit, our payment processor Stripe collects the card details on our behalf — we never see or store your card number.

Why we collect it

• Confirm and deliver the detailing service you booked.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders and completion receipts.
• Comply with our accounting and tax obligations.
• Improve our service by understanding how visitors reach the site (only with your explicit analytics consent).

Who processes your data on our behalf

• Resend — sends the confirmation emails you receive.
• Stripe — processes card payments (PCI DSS Level 1).
• Cloudflare — DNS + email routing for our inbox.
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Google Analytics (optional) — measures how visitors use the site. Only loads when you consent via the cookie banner.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. Emailhello@aircraftdetailing.co.ukand we’ll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep your data

Booking records are kept for 7 years to satisfy UK accounting requirements. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default in Google Analytics. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so except where a legal obligation requires us to retain it.
