The service you’re booking

Aircraft Detailing London Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides mobile aircraft detailing services to General Aviation owners in the London area. When you submit a request through the website, you are asking us to confirm availability — the booking is not final until we email you confirmation within 24 hours.

Deposit and balance

On confirmation you pay a 50% deposit via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit holds your slot. The remaining 50% is charged automatically to the same card when the work is complete.

For B2B accounts (Flight Schools, MRO facilities, Charter operators), invoicing terms are set out in your partnership agreement (Net-14 or Net-30).

On-site inspection

Before we start, we do a 10-minute walkaround of the aircraft. If we find anything that would change the price (heavy staining, damage requiring extra work), we discuss it with you and agree the revised price before we begin. You can decline and cancel with a full deposit refund at this stage.

Cancellation policy

• 48+ hours before your slot: full deposit refund.
• 12–48 hours before: 50% deposit refund.
• Under 12 hours or no-show: deposit is retained.

If we cancel due to weather (exterior work needs dry conditions), we reschedule at no charge.

First Order Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result of your first booking, we refund the full price (not just the deposit). No questions asked. This guarantee applies to each new customer’s first service only, and cannot be combined with bundle packages.

Weather & access

Exterior detailing requires dry conditions. Interior work can proceed in most weather if hangar or covered stand access is available. You confirm airside access with the aerodrome before the booking date.

Insurance

We carry £5m aviation liability insurance and appropriate hangarkeepers cover. Our certificate is available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England.
